In the basement of our family home we provide a fully equipped 1-room-apartment with kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a separate entrance.

All rooms are connected to the heating system of our house.

There is no minimal rental period.

Bicycles and the car of the guests can be stored safely in the backyard of our house.

The rental price of 35,00 €/night for 2 persons includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels, end-of-stay cleaning and is due latest on departure in cash (no prepayment).

Additional persons – 5 €/night.

Baby-bed and high-chair – free of charge.    

Wi-Fi available.

On request we will agree with you the price for long-term rental.
