The summer house for 2 to 4 persons is on the premises of the owners in a quiet real estate.
It can be used from May till October (no permanent heating). There is no minimum rental period. The home is for non-smokers, only.
The apartment includes:
- a kitchen (abt. 15 sqm) on the ground-floor
- a bathroom (abt. 15 sqm) on the ground-floor
- a combined living- and bed-room (abt. 35 sqm) on the first floor.
